Ceremony: Pre-set ceremony area in main gallery or outside, chairs, chair covers and sashes, white pillars with floral arrangements or brass arch, candleabras, and unity candle stand, guest book table
Changing rooms: Bride and groom changing rooms, each with full bathroom
Wedding Coordinator:Wedding coordinator to coordinate rehearsal and wedding through photo taking, special dances, cake cutting
Minister/Officiator: Bring your own or if we provide, minister's fee is an additional $100
Flowers: All wedding flowers and personal flowers, centerpieces
Ceremony music: Keyboardist, your choice of music with studio session
Photographer: Photographer for bridal photos, engagement photos, 3 hours on day of wedding, plus rights to all photos on cd (you can purchase more hours directly from photographer)
Reception Area: Pre-set reception area, equipped kitchen area, tables, linens, chairs, chair covers and sashes, projection system for slide show, PA system, dance floor
Reception music: Our cd player and you bring your own selected music cds, Ipod, dj, band, etc.
Cakes and Punch Reception: Bride and groom cakes, cake tables with linens, punch, coffee, water, nuts, mints, clear plastic dinnerware, cups, napkins, forks, spoons, etc.
Gifts to bride and groom: Cake server and knife set, toasting glasses, guest book, gift card box, unity candle set or unity sand set, ring bearer pillow, flower girl basket
