PRICING
(all pricing is based on up to 115 people for the wedding event and includes the following)

Colonial Court rental, wedding coordinator, tables, chairs, tablecloths (choice of color, if available), bride and groom changing rooms, public restrooms, equipped kitchen, caterer’s restroom, inside 5-cd player with surround sound, outside patio area and surrounding grounds, on-site parking, use of other items on attached equipment list (at no extra charge), and historic barn and ponds for photo options

Friday or Saturday Wedding and Reception   $2,499

Sunday Wedding and Reception   $1,999

Monday -Thursday Wedding and Reception   $1,499

    ***additional 1,200 sq. ft., building available for $200 with any rental ***

At Colonial Court, you are always welcome to bring in your own vendors; however, we do offer package options. When you book a wedding event, you will be given a list of select vendors, and you can make your choices of vendors, so we can build your wedding and reception package based on your personal budget.

Add-ons using select vendors:
   chair covers and sashes - $2 per chair, includes set-up and tear down
   photography - $750 - $1,300, depending on package hours and number of photographers
   Videography - $650 and up depending on package, number of cameras, and number of videographers
   cakes - $3 and up per person
   catering - $10-$25 per head based on food selections, service tier, gratuity, etc.
   flowers - market price depending on types of flowers (centerpieces, corsages, boutonnieres, etc.)
   (Other less expensive centerpiece options are candles, lanterns, mirrors, etc.)
   DJ - $450 - $650
   Limousine - $345 for up to 4 hours
   Minister/Pastor/Officiant - $100 without attending rehearsal/$125 with attending rehearsal
   Rental companies

**Please remember that many vendors must charge delivery fees and sales taxes based on the type of services they provide and should be calculated into your budget.

**If you are looking for a wedding ceremony only, we perform “ceremonies only” Monday - Thursday for up to 25 family members and friends (absolutely no exceptions please) for $300.
