Colonial Court Celebrations is an unique colonial-styled house setting on 9 acres. We take pride that our beautiful location and gorgeous buildings are always neat and clean, that our staff is always friendly and helpful, and that we pay close attention to details. Toward that end, we host only one wedding per day so that every bride and groom have our full undivided attention. At Colonial Court, our brides and grooms and their families and friends will be treated with respect. It is our desire that our brides and grooms have the freedom to create their dream wedding while we assist them in making their wedding day FABULOUS, FUN, and FULL OF BEAUTIFUL MEMORIES.
We realize that wedding planning can be somewhat overwhelming, so in 2009, Colonial Court started offering wedding planning and package weddings. Colonial Court has made special arrangements with some well-known local vendors in every wedding category to simplify the wedding planning process. Each of these vendors has offered special rates, or no delivery charges, or perhaps a percentage off to Colonial Court which we pass on to our brides and grooms.
Colonial Court has worked closely with these vendors and knows that each vendor that we recommend has a great work ethic, an eye for detail, and a passion for weddings. By booking your wedding and reception with Colonial Court and by choosing from our network of vendors, it is our goal to save you money, to relieve the stress of finding and choosing vendors, and to eliminate a separate deposit and many subsequent payments to each vendor. With us, you pay one deposit and the full event payment to Colonial Court. Then, Colonial Court pays each vendor. The bride and groom can simply enjoy cake tastings, food tastings, shopping for flowers, choosing the right songs from the dj's playlist, etc. Additionally, our brides and grooms are guaranteed the best quality and service at some of the lowest rates in the wedding industry in Northwest Arkansas. And, our wedding coordinator not only coordinates the rehearsal, wedding ceremony and reception, she also works with the Colonial Court wedding planner and all of the wedding vendors to take care of those last minute follow-up calls for delivery times and answers any questions from the vendors.
Colonial Court has few restrictions and allows the brides and grooms, their families, and their wedding vendors access to Colonial Court to inspect the wedding and reception site for decorating ideas and set-up.
Colonial Court also allows engagement and bridal photos to be taken on the property, by appointment only, at no additional charge.
Looking to Find the Perfect Wedding Location
~Here are a few tips~
1. No venue is perfect...each is beautiful in its own way, and each has something different to offer. It is important that you love the location, the building, the venue host, wedding coordinator or planner, and that there are special places for those photographs that will be your coveted memories for years to come.
2. Depending on whether you want a casual or formal wedding, you may choose an indoor or outdoor wedding ceremony and/or reception at Colonial Court Celebrations. The ceremony location is the place where you make lifelong promises and commitments before your family and friends.
3. When planning an outdoor wedding and/or reception, there are some considerations that are important, such as weather. The weather is unpredictable at times, so make sure you have a backup plan. Also, for outdoor locations, make sure there is ample parking, rest rooms, changing facilities, and electricity, etc.
4. When renting a facility, you need to know how soon you can arrive to set up and decorate, what does clean-up include, does clean-up have to be completed by check-out time, what times can vendor deliveries be made, and are there any parking restrictions, etc.
5. Make sure to ask about restrictions or guidelines regarding music, photography, videography, decorations, candles, throwing of rice or bird-seed, dove releases or rose petal-tossing. Be sure to ask for specific rules and regulations and what the wedding site fee includes before booking your event.
6. Plan carefully and decide if you want a traditional, modern, or themed wedding and reception. Colonial Court Celebrations always allows brides and grooms to put their personalities into planning their special day.
